I think we should discuss this, but not necessarily here. Whether we want a blessed Cheeseshop section and have anything from there be automatically downloaded and installed as needed for the installed interpreter for things that we feel are important (ala pysqlite) but not necessarily in the core distribution should be discussed. But since I don't distribute individual modules often enough I am not in a position to lead that discussion.
