I think that would be fantastic to have a small set of straightforward sentences like these, to transmit the most important stuff.
For my part, when it's fixed, I will translate them to spanish and propagate them.
(The details are open to discussion, of course.)
I think those are fine. I would add something about the migration path, something like "If you want to start testing your library/system in 3.0, you should first use Python 2.6, see migration details [here]"
