Two votes for ~/.local/bin and one undecided PEP author ... I'm changing the code to ~/.local/bin and I'm adding a new section to the PEP. Can I just submit the PEP or do I have to follow a procedure before I can add it to the PEP list?
You can submit the PEP and update PEP 0 (note that each PEP occurs twice!) but you can't mark it "accepted" :-)
