For active developers, yes. But this is unhelpful for people who aren't hyper-familiar with the component list or who can't spell.
It does not have to be either or. We can have a text box and a link/button next to it which will pop up a window with a selectable list of modules. Once modules are selected and pop-up closed, the text box should contain comma separated list of selected modules.
