Wouldn't it be cool if you could feed the text to Google Translator and have it not only translate the English to bad French, but translate the units to metric (hopefully with more accuracy than the language conversion)? :-) Skip

It'd be accurate enough for most cases, but still limited by double precision floating-point math.
