Huzzah! Since it appears the intermittent failures affecting these platforms have been dealt with, is it time to switch python-committers email notifications back on for buildbot failures that turn the stable bots red?

They have not been "dealt with" (not all of them anyway), you are just lucky that they are all green at the moment :)
