I agree that either is fine, with a slight preference for PyIDENTIFIER for the same reasons. Ok, so it's PyIDENTIFIER. Given below, shouldn't that be PyIDENTIFIER?

It actually is _Py_IDENTIFIER (and was _Py_identifier).
