What about french quotes expr = «x + y * z»
You should require non-breaking spaces (U+00A0 or U+202F) between them and the enclosed expression:
expr = « x + y * z » (with U+00A0)
expr = « x + y * z » (with U+202F)
(I hope my editor doesn't fool me here)
block = ««« try: frobnicate() except FrobError: print("Oh no you di'n't") »»»
This would be quite a derogatory use of French quotes.
