M82 more (original) (raw)

This image was obtained by Sven Kohle and Till Credner of Bonn, Germanyon October 30, 1995 at 2:30 UT with the 1.23-meter telescope of the Calar Alto observatory, with a 2048x2048 CCD camera. It was composed from four exposures taken in different spectral bands: B, V, I, and H-alpha, each exposed 10 minutes. The image is copyrighted by the observers.
