Starting at the OK 10/Interstate 44 intersection, the highway goes north to U.S. 69, heads east with U.S. 69 for a short time, and then follows the old Alternate U.S. 69 to Kansas. The highway is still signed as Alternate U.S. 69 in the Sunflower State. **Highway Review:**OK 69A is the main east-west route from U.S. 69 to the Mid-America Industrial Park north of Chouteau. It is 5 lanes (2 EB, 2 WB, 1 center turn lane) for most of its length with a 55 mph speed limit. The highway ends when the road enters Sportsman Acres.
