Bradley, James Lester (1901-1957)

Bradley commanded 96 Division from its activation on 15 August 1942 through the end of the war. He led the division at Leyte and Okinawa.

96 Division was given some of the most difficult assignments during the Okinawa campaign, and the stress seems to have impaired Bradley's health.
