Tantra refers to certain Hindu and Buddhist scriptures, or the rituals and practices described therein. The tantras are ancient Indian texts that concern worship of the divine as feminine.
New Agers have foundsome parts of tantra tantalizing, especially when they concern meditative techniques and rituals involving sexual practices.
