ChallengeOne [TELNET]

ChallengeOne is a technology satellite built at the Tunisian TELNET group. It is to be the first Tunisian satellite.

It is an IoT (Internet-of-Things) service proof of concept 3U CubeSat equipped with LoRa transceiver, SDR and LoRa gateway to ensure complete cover of uplink and downlink capabilities to terrestrial nodes.

ChallengeOne features innovative technology and services. It is 3-axis stabilized with reaction wheels. Power is provided by body-mounted solar panels.

A wide angle camera is on board to acquire images of the earth and atmosphere interface.

Launch is planned for the second half of 2020 on a Soyuz-2-1a Fregat rocket.
