The NROL 108 launch carried a not yet identified pair of payloads for the NRO.
No information is known. It has been speculated, that it might be related to the NROL 76 payload (USA 276).
The satellite has been spotted in an 520 km × 540 km orbit of 51.35� inclination.
Note: The NROL designations refer to the launch, not to the payload.
