DESCRIPTION
Hades driving a quadriga chariot returns Persephone to the upper world in the company of Hermes and Hecate. The gods are identified by their attributes--Hades bears a bird-tipped staff, Hecate a four-headed Eleusinian torch and aureole, and Hermes a herald's wand, winged boots and petasos cap.
