DESCRIPTION
A pair of wide-striding Gorgons pursue the hero Perseus. The monsters are depicted as winged women with broad, cauldron-shaped heads crowned with four, rearing snake-heads. Their facial features include large, staring eyes, broad, flaring nostrils, and wide, toothy, grinning mouths.
