Algernon Percy, 4th Duke of Northumberland was born on 15 December 1797.1 He was the son of General Hugh Percy, 2nd Duke of Northumberland and Frances Julia Burrell.1 He married Lady Eleanor Grosvenor, daughter of Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster and Lady Elizabeth Mary Leveson-Gower, on 25 August 1842.2 He died on 12 February 1865 at age 67, without issue.1
He was commissioned in March 1805, in the service of the Royal Navy.1 He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in 1814.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1815.1 He was created 1st Baron Prudhoe, of Prudhoe Castle, co. Thomas Augustus Wolstenholme Parker, 6th Earl of Macclesfield was born on 17 March 1811.1 He was the son of Thomas Parker, 5th Earl of Macclesfield and Eliza Wolstenholme.1 He married, firstly, Henrietta Turnor, daughter of Edmond Turnor, on 11 July 1839.1 He married, secondly, Lady Mary Frances Grosvenor, daughter of Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster and Lady Elizabeth Mary Leveson-Gower, on 25 August 1842.1 He died on 24 July 1896 at age 85.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
