Sir Charles Adams, 4th Bt. was born circa 1665 at Isleham, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir William Adams, 2nd Bt. and Anne Rushout.1 He married Frances Rolle, daughter of Sir Francis Rolle and Priscilla Foote, on 10 June 1693 at St. James's, Westminster, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 12 August 1726, without issue.1 He was buried at Ealing, London, EnglandG.1 His will (dated 12 August 1726) was proven (by probate) on 14 July 1729.1
He was educated at Norwich School, Norwich, Norfolk, EnglandG.1 He matriculated at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1683.1 He graduated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1686/87 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1690 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Adams, of Sprowston Hall, Norfolk [E., 1660] in August 1690.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Norfolk from 1693 to 1694.1

Sir Thomas Foote, 1st Bt. was born circa 1593. He married Elizabeth Mott, daughter of William Mott, on 16 December 1625.2,3 He died on 12 October 1688.3
He held the office of Lord Mayor of London from 1649 to 1650.4 He was created 1st Baronet Foote in 1660.1

He was a clerk to an attorney in 1699 at London, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Adams, of Sprowston Hall, Norfolk [E., 1660] on 12 August 1726.1
