Frances Laura Arabella Long was born on 27 May 1864 at Kerry, Montgomeryshire, WalesG.2 She was the daughter of Richard Penruddocke Long and Charlotte Anna Hume.1 She married, firstly, Harry Willis Darell de Windt, son of Captain Joseph Clayton Jennyns de Windt and Elizabeth Sarah Johnson, on 18 July 1882 at St. George's Church, St. George Street, Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1,2 She and Harry Willis Darell de Windt were divorced in 1888.1 She married, secondly, Anthony George Lyster in 1892 at Westbury, Wiltshire, EnglandG.1,2 She died on 29 April 1932 at age 67 at Cuneo, ItalyG.1,2 She was buried on 2 May 1932 at Bordighera, ItalyG.2
From 18 July 1882, her married name became de Windt.1 From 1892, her married name became Lyster.1
