Sir Ludovic Henry Coverley Kennedy was born on 3 November 1919.1 He was the son of Captain Edward Coverley Kennedy and Rosalind Margaret Innes Grant.1 He married Moira Shearer King, daughter of Harold Charles King, on 25 February 1950.1 He died on 18 October 2009 at age 89.2

She was an actress and ballerina.1 From 25 February 1950, her married name became Kennedy.1
