Isabel Richmond was the daughter of Reverend William Richmond.1 She married, firstly, Major Reginald Thomas Annesley Ball-Acton, son of Colonel Charles Ball-Acton and Georgina Cecilia Annesley, on 17 April 1913.1 She married, secondly, Hugh Norman Digges La Touche, son of James Norman Digges La Touche, on 28 August 1920.1 She died on 12 June 1971.1
