Sir Hugh Hill, 1st Bt.1

Sir Hugh Hill, 1st Bt. was born on 1 January 1727.2 He was the son of Rowley Hill and Sophia Beresford Lowther.3 He married, firstly, Mary Hodgson, daughter of John Hodgson, on 27 December 1754.2 He married, secondly, Hannah McClintock, daughter of Captain John McClintock and Rebecca McCausland, on 17 June 1762.2
He was created 1st Baronet Hill, of Brook Hall, co. Londonderry [Ireland] on 17 August 1779.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Derry.2 He lived at Brook Hall, Colmore, County Londonderry, IrelandG.1

Lt.-Col. William Blacker was born on 1 September 1777.1 He was the son of Very Rev. Stewart Blacker and Elizabeth Hill.1 He married Anne Ferguson, daughter of Sir Andrew Ferguson, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Alexander, in November 1810 in a childless marriage.1 He died on 25 November 1855 at age 78.1
He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of High Sheriff in 1811.1 He held the office of Vice Treasurer of Ireland between 1811 and 1829.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Armagh Militia.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Carrickblacker, Drumaconwey, County Armagh, IrelandG.1

Captain George Blacker was born on 27 December 1784.1 He was the son of Very Rev. Stewart Blacker and Elizabeth Hill.1 He married Anne Sloane, daughter of Captain William Sloane.1 He died on 31 August 1815 at age 30, of wounds received during the Battle of Kolunga.1
He gained the rank of Captain in the Honourable East India Company Service (H.E.I.C.S.)1 He fought in the Battle of Kolunga.1

Eliza Hill Blacker1

Eliza Hill Blacker was the daughter of Captain George Blacker and Anne Sloane.1 She married Thomas Eyre Hodder, son of William Henry Moore-Hodder and Harriet Clements, on 29 February 1844.1 She died in 1862.1
