Joseph John Dunnington-Jefferson1

Joseph John Dunnington-Jefferson was born on 19 November 1845.1 He was the son of Reverend Joseph Dunnington-Jefferson and Anna Mervinia Vavasour.2,3 He married Emma Sarah Butler-Stoney, daughter of Thomas Butler-Stoney and Sarah Elizabeth Fannin, on 14 September 1870.1 He died on 21 March 1928 at age 82, without issue.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was a practising barrister.1 He gained the rank of Captain and Honorary Major in the Yorkshire Hussars.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the West Riding, Yorkshire.1 He lived at Thicket Priory, Yorkshire, EnglandG.2

Reverend Joseph Dunnington-Jefferson1

Reverend Joseph Dunnington-Jefferson was born on 17 July 1807.1 He was the son of Joseph Dunnington and Mary Toutill.2 He married Anna Mervinia Vavasour, daughter of General Sir Henry Maghull Mervin Vavasour, 2nd Bt., on 23 May 1837.1 He died on 31 July 1880 at age 73.1
He was given the name of Joseph Dunnington at birth. He graduated from St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 In 1841 his name was legally changed to Joseph Dunnington-Jefferson by Royal Licence.3 He was the Vicar at Thorganby, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Canon of York.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1

Florence Kate Butler-Stoney1

Florence Kate Butler-Stoney was the daughter of Thomas Butler-Stoney and Sarah Elizabeth Fannin.1 She married Sir Robert Donald Douglas Maclean, son of Hon. Sir Donald Maclean, on 4 September 1880.1 She died on 1 October 1940.1
From 4 September 1880, her married name became Maclean.1

Sir Robert Donald Douglas Maclean1
