Emmeline Dorothea Yorke was the daughter of Reginald Somers Yorke and Emmeline Crofton.2 She married, firstly, Vernon Garrold Bell on 21 August 1915.1 She and Vernon Garrold Bell were divorced in 1927.1 She married, secondly, Maj.-Gen. Frederick William Brooke Koe, son of John Heber Pemberton Koe, on 15 December 1927.1 She married, thirdly, Captain John Anthony Bulger on 17 February 1940.1 She died in 1967.1
She was educated at Roedean School, Rottingdean, Brighton, Sussex, EnglandG.1 From 21 August 1915, her married name became Bell.1 From 15 December 1927, her married name became Koe.1 From 17 February 1940, her married name became Bulger.1
