Brigadier Robert Hanbury Tenison Aitken was born on 19 May 1955.2 He is the son of Major Harry Kerr Aitken and Marguerite Anne Tenison.2 He married Joanna Dawn Napier, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Lennox Alexander Hawkins Napier and Jennifer Dawn Wilson, in 1987.1
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated at Queen's College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.2 He was Brigadier of the Royal Regiment Wales between 1995 and 1997.1 He gained the rank of Brigadier in 1999 in the 160 Brigade (Wales.)2 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 2009.3

Henry Christian Ewart Harding, son of Colonel George Harding, on 21 November 1958.2 She died on 1 January 2015 at age 88.3
From 8 October 1949, her married name became Sampson. From 21 November 1958, her married name became Harding.2 She lived in 2003 at Furzey Lodge, Furzey Lane, Beaulieu, Hampshire, EnglandG.1
