Augustus Frederick George Warwick Bampfylde, 2nd Baron Poltimore was born on 12 April 1837.2 He was the son of George Warwick Bampfylde, 1st Baron Poltimore and Caroline Buller.2 He married Florence Sarah Wilhelmine Sheridan, daughter of Richard Brinsley Sheridan and Marcia Maria Grant, on 27 July 1858.1 He died on 3 May 1908 at age 71.1
He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.2 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Major in the Devon Yeomanry Cavalry.2 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Bamfylde, of Poltimore, co. Devon [E., 1641] on 19 December 1858.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Poltimore, of Poltimore, co. Devon [U.K, 1831] on 19 December 1858.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 They also had two daughters.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Devon.2 He held the office of County Alderman (C.A.) of Devon.2 He was appointed Privy Councillor (P.C.) in 1872.2 He held the office of Treasurer of the Household between 1872 and 1874.2 He held the office of High Steward of South Molton.2

Sir Edward Paulet Stracey, 7th Bt.1

Sir Edward Paulet Stracey, 7th Bt. was born on 5 July 1871.2 He was the son of Sir Edward Henry Gervase Stracey, 6th Bt. and Mary Gertrude Des Voeux.2 He married, firstly, Mary Elizabeth Brinsley Sheridan, daughter of Algernon Thomas Brinsley Sheridan and Mary Lothrop Motley, on 17 December 1902.1 He married, secondly, Kathleen Emily Robertson, daughter of Robert Alexander Robertson, on 16 July 1935.3 He died on 23 August 1949 at age 78 at Norwich, Norfolk, EnglandG.4
He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, England.2 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Stracey, of Rackheath, Norfolk [U.K., 1818] on 6 June 1888.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 2nd Life Guards.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Norfolk in 1928.2
