Rt. Hon. Sir Henry William Primrose was born on 22 August 1846.2 He was the son of Hon. Bouverie Francis Primrose and Hon. Frederica Sophia Anson.2 He married Helen Mary McMicking, daughter of Gilbert McMicking, on 2 November 1888.1 He died on 17 June 1923 at age 76.2
