Grant, on 6 May 1907.1 He and Hilda Ruth Grant were divorced in 1933.1 He married, secondly, Edith McNally on 26 May 1933 at Westminster, London, EnglandG.1,3 He died on 3 October 1954 at age 77.1
He was educated at Bedford College, London University, London, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Indian Navy.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918.1 He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1922.1
