Cecil Rice1

Cecil Rice was the daughter of Reverend Edward Rice and Charlotte Lascelles.2 She married Colonel Charles Augustus Arney on 4 January 1837.1 She died on 2 June 1852.1
From 4 January 1837, her married name became Arney.1
