Adelaide Jeannette Gibbons1

Adelaide Jeannette Gibbons was the daughter of Captain Sir Charles Gibbons, 6th Bt. and Lydia Martha Doran.2 She married, firstly, Frank Terry on 8 August 1889.1 She married, secondly, Hugh Irvine in 1930.1 She died on 28 December 1953.1
From 8 August 1889, her married name became Terry. From 1930, her married name became Irvine.1

Sir John Edward Gibbons, 8th Bt.1

Sir John Edward Gibbons, 8th Bt. was born on 14 November 1914 at Isle of Wight, England.1,2 He was the son of Sir Alexander Doran Gibbons, 7th Bt. and Gladys Constance Mostyn Watkins.3 He married Mersa Vivien Wentworth Foster, daughter of Major Edward Baynton Grove Foster, on 28 July 1937.1 He and Mersa Vivien Wentworth Foster were divorced in 1951.1 He died on 20 September 1982 at age 67 at Weymouth, Dorset, England.1,2
He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Peterhouse College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War, in Iran and Syria.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1942 in the Dorset Regiment.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Gibbons, of Stanwell Place, Middlesex [G.B., 1752] on 30 September 1956.1

Dorothea Charlotte Gibbons was born on 11 April 1904.1 She was the daughter of Sir Alexander Doran Gibbons, 7th Bt. and Gladys Constance Mostyn Watkins.2 She married, firstly, Ernest Gustav Byng, son of Gustav Byng, on 12 September 1925.1 She and Ernest Gustav Byng were divorced in 1934.1 She married, secondly, Conrad Ormond in 1934.1 She died, leaving issue.1
From 12 September 1925, her married name became Byng. From 1934, her married name became Ormond.1
