Anthony Edward Barnewall, 20th Baron Trimlestown was born on 2 February 1928.1 He was the son of Charles Aloysius Barnewall, 19th Baron Trimlestown and Muriel Schneider.2 He married, firstly, Lorna Margaret Marion Ramsay, daughter of Charles Douglas Ramsay, on 30 September 1963.1 He and Lorna Margaret Marion Ramsay were divorced in 1973.1 He married, secondly, Mary Wonderly McAllister, daughter of Thomas Francis McAllister, on 14 May 1977.1 He died on 21 August 1997 at age 69, without issue.1
He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of officer between 1946 and 1948 in the Irish Guards.1 He was a naval architect between 1949 and 1953.1 He was European Sales Executive for P&O Shipping Company between 1965 and 1974.1 He succeeded as the 20th Baron Trimlestown, of Trimlestown, co. Meath [I., 1461] in 1990.1

Lorna Margaret Marion Ramsay was the daughter of Charles Douglas Ramsay.2 She married Anthony Edward Barnewall, 20th Baron Trimlestown, son of Charles Aloysius Barnewall, 19th Baron Trimlestown and Muriel Schneider, on 30 September 1963.1 She and Anthony Edward Barnewall, 20th Baron Trimlestown were divorced in 1973.1 She died in 1988.1
Her married name became Barnewall.

Raymond Charles Barnewall, 21st Baron Trimlestown was born on 29 December 1930.1 He was the son of Charles Aloysius Barnewall, 19th Baron Trimlestown and Muriel Schneider.2 He died on 10 January 2024 at age 93.3
He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England.1 Between 1949 and 1951 NS NI.1 He was a dairy farmer.1 He succeeded as the 21st Baron Trimlestown, of Trimlestown, co. Meath [I., 1461] on 21 August 1997.2 He lived in 2003 at Autumn Cottage, Chiddingfold, Surrey, England.1
