Maj.-Gen. Angus Iain Ramsay is the son of Colonel A. I. Ramsay.1 He married Victoria Clare Lanyon, daughter of Brigadier Mortimer Cecil Lanyon and Rachel Mary Cecil, in 1987.1
He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.)2 He gained the rank of Major-General in the Royal Highland Fusiliers.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.)2

Blanche Zélie Joséphine Delacroix, Baronne de Vaughan was born on 13 May 1883 at Bucharest, RomaniaG.1 She was the daughter of Jules Delacroix.1 She married, firstly, Léopold II, Roi des Belges, son of Leopold I Georg Christian Friedrich, Roi des Belges and Louise Marie d'Orléans, Princesse d'Orléans, on 12 December 1909 at Château de Laeken, Brussels, BelgiumG, in a religious (but never in a civil) marriage.1 She died on 12 February 1948 at age 64 at Cambo, Pyrenees Atlantique, FranceG.1
She gained the title of Baronne de Vaughan.1 Her married name became Durieux.1
