CONVOY HX 286 Departed New York on Apr. 5-1944 and arrived Liverpool on the 20th.
Arnold Hague's "The Allied Convoy System" gives 87 ships in this convoy.

Notes:
Commodore, Captain H. C. C. Forsyth, R.N.R. was in Port Huon.

The Rescue Vessel Perth was on her 24th voyage as such, having started this voyage from Clyde on March 8-1944 with the westbound Convoy ON 227, to Halifax March 20, then returned to Clyde with Convoy HX 286, Apr. 7-Apr. 20-1944.

Commodore's notes are not available - escorts not known.
