Advance Sailing Telegram
The information on this page has been compiled with the help of misc. sources, as follows:
Station numbers and sequence of departure were received from Ted Agar - His source: A diary.
His info has been supplemented with details received from Roy Martin - His source: Lloyd's list.
Advance Sailing Telegram was received from Tony Cooper - His source: Public Records Office, Kew.
Names of escorts have been extracted from a document recived from Don Kindell, based on the late Arnold Hague's database - see also his listing for SC 67 at ships in all SC convoys. It'll be noticed that in some cases, he has given different station numbers than those provided in the diary and these have been added in parenthesis below.
Sailing date was initially set to Jan. 29 - sailed on the 30th.
Station numbers are stations upon departure Halifax; may have changed as the voyage progressed.
Crossed out ships did not sail, underlined returned to port, except those that are linked, which will automatically be underlined. The Norwegian Tore Jarl, however, did return.

Sunk - See Notes
Additionally, according to notes in the Advance Sailing Telegram for Convoy SC 68, it looks like the Norwegian Spero (from SC 66) and the Panamanian Alcedo, sailing in that convoy, had initially been scheduled for Convoy SC 67 (see also HX 173). According to A. Hague, Spero did join (from Wabana), but returned to port - again, see his listing for SC 67 at ships in all SC convoys.
Notes:
Commodore was in Biafra, Vice Commodore in Clunepark
Loch Ewe Commodore in Graiglas
Clyde Commodore in Tintagel (but this ship had returned).
The diary states "36 ships were listed in this convoy, 2 were passenger vessels and went out separately, Largs Bay and Volendam. 6 were cancelled and 1 went out as an independent, D. L. Harper". (As can be seen from the table above, there were more than 6 cancelled ships). Largs Bay and Volendam do not appear to have been part of Convoy SC 67. In fact, upon checking further, I find that A. Hague has listed both these ships in Convoy NA 2 (external link), which also left Halifax for the U.K. on Jan. 30-1942, so the author of the diary who saw them leave around the same time as the SC 67 ships probably assumed that they were destined for this convoy. Note that D. L. Harper is listed in Convoy HX 173 from Halifax on Febr. 1-1942 (see also SC 58).
According to the diary, the ships departed Halifax in the following sequence (the unnamed ships are named in the Advance Sailing Telegram): At 09:55 the British freighter Biafra, "Flagship, leads convoy to sea". A few minutes later, at 09:58 the Greek Atlanticos went out followed at 10:14 by Penolver and with a few minutes between each ship - Graiglas, then a Polish freighter (this must have been Wisla), Sirehei, Tintagel (WLEW), a Norwegian freighter, then Ruth 1, Empire Leopard, Mana (IM' on stack), Empire Livingstone ('B' flag, meaning she carried explosives), Empire Zephyr, a British freighter, the Norwegian Hallanger (name on bow, grey hull, tan superstructure, with brown on top of bridge, tan stack with black border on it), Ozark (star on narrow high stack), then Mount Taurus followed by a Norwegian freighter, Empire Beaver, then a Panamanian freighter, a British freighter, then Montreal City, Lagarfoss (with lumber) and the last ship to leave at 14:00 was the British Loriga (GCLM).
The escorting Canadian Flower Class Corvette Spikenard was torpedoed and sunk by U-136 on Febr. 11 - ref. external link provided below.
The Norwegian Heina was also sunk during the passage. Follow the link to my page about this ship for more information on her loss. There were no casualties.
The convoy arrived rendezvous on Febr. 10.
A. Hague names the following escorts (extracted from this list of SC convoy escorts, received from D. Kindell; dates are European style, day/month/year):
