Weldon O. "Don" Harrison Biography

Arthur J. Hybert Crew 359th Weldon O. Harrison Crew

Don Harrison was assigned 359th BS on 4 February 1944 as CoPilot on the Lt Arthur J. Hybert Crew. His first mission was on 11 December 1944 (#87). He flew 21 missions as CoPilot. Don was upgraded from CoPilot to Pilot on 26 March 1944 and flew 6 missions as First Pilot. He completed his combat tour (27th mission) on 11 May 1944 (#151).

Elected to following 303rd BGA positions: 30 August 1975 - Chairman; 27 August 1977 through 27 July 1985 - Board of Directors member; 359th BS Representative -27 August 1987 to 27 July 1985.

Retired as a LtCol from USAF Reserves. Deceased 6 December 1998
