In 2012, a massive reshelving and refiling project was undertaken, led by Eagle Scout volunteer Thomas Peterson. This resulted in more than 5,000 films being relocated for more efficient access. |

The physics films made under the auspices of the Physical Science Study Committee (PSSC) in the late 1950s and early 1960s are considered landmarks in the genre of the classroom science academic film. He was also a composer and performer of electronic avant-garde music for Farfisa organ and keyboards. |
