The French contralto, Cécile Pilorger, studied at the University of Paris Sorbonne.Cécile Pilorger has worked in many ensembles, including the Demoiselles de St Cyr (Director: E. Mandrin), Chœur de Chambre Accentus (Director: Laurence Equilbey), Akadêmia Ensemble (Director: Françoise Lasserre), Arsys Bourgognes (Director: Pierre Cao), Les Éléments and J. Moderne (Director: Joël Suhubiette), l�Hispano Flamenca (Director: Bart Vandewege), Il Gardellino (Director: Marcel Ponseele), Ensemble Pygmalion (Director: Raphaël Pichon), La Chapelle Harmonique (Director: Valentin Tournet), and since 1998 she is a regular member of Collegium Vocale Gent under the direction of Philippe Herreweghe, with whom she has recorded many albums. | ||
