The Agostinho Neto Pioneer Organization (Organiza��o de Pioneiros Agostinho Neto in Portuguese) (OPA) is a pioneer movement in Angola. It was founded as the Pioneers after independence in 1975 and the organization took the name of Angola's first president, Agostinho Neto, at its second conference in November 1979, following Neto's death. The OPA is led in its day-to-day affairs by the ruling MPLA's Youth Wing.

According to thissource, the flag of the OPA is light blue with the organisation's logo in centre.
