News of the Flag

The Wellington Council website www.wellington.nsw.gov.au does not mention the flag, and shows a picture of the council offices with flgpoles, but no flags visible. However,http://www.ausemade.com.au/nsw/destination/w/wellington/osawanojg.htmmentions that there are four flags flying outside the Wellington-Osawano Japanese Gardens - the Australian national flag, Japanese national flag, Wellington council flag and the Osawano Town flag. Does anyone know what the flag is?
