Description
The Port Curtis Sailing Club, also known as the Gladstone Yacht Club, is located in Gladstone, some 350 km north of Brisbane, Queensland. It is the destination point of the famous Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race (308 nautical miles), inaugurated in 1949.
The burgee of PCSC is quartered blue and white with the letters P, C, S and C, countercoloured, in the respective quarters. The real burgee, as shown on the "Merchandise" section of the PSCS website, differs from its graphical representation shown on the frontpage of the website, mostly by having thicker and bigger letters.
