Flag of Bosanska Krupa
The symbols of Bosanska Krupa are prescribed by Decision Odluka o grbu i zastavi općine Bosanska Krupa, adopted on 17 June 2009 by the Municipal Assembly and published on 29 June 2009 in the Municipal official gazette Službeni glasnik općine Bosanska Krupa, No. 6.
The flag is described as blue and white with the coat of arms in the middle, to be produced "in various sizes, but always in proportions 2:1".
However, photos available on the municipal website show that, in spite of that determination, the table flags are made as plain white, vertical, with the coat of arms in the middle and the name of the municipality beneath it.

The coat of arms is described as including the bridge and the Old Town, the water surface of rivers Una and Kružnica rivers (waves), a mill wheel, fleurs-de-lis ("symbolizing patriotism") and the hills surrounding Bosanska Krupa - represented with the top points of the shield. "The blue and green colours represent the natural surroundings and highlight the tourist importance and potential of the municipality."
The Populari databasedoes not list any municipal symbol that would have been used prior to the 1990s or during the war period. The constitutionality of the current symbol was not disputed.
However, the previous emblem used by the Municipality is cleary visible on the frontpage of the official gazette, as well as in some other sources on the internet, including various municipal companies still using it in slight colored variations. The design is such that it could have easily been adopted even prior to 1990; the abovementioned Decision does not invalidate any previous Decision regarding symbols, though.
