Description of the flag

The flag is the municipal shield in blue on a green field. The shield is white and contains a central disk with a sunrise, yellow on blue (fading light to deeper blue upwards), surrounded by a ring or pearls, then by two heads of wheat with a bunch of green grapes at the top. Below the wheat heads is ribbon in the national colours, and two corn cobs(?) with stems.
