About the Flag
A complex design based on a descending yellow diagonal that expands to the upper hoist; above a pale blue field, below a white descending diagonal and below that a green triangle. On the blue field, a yellow crown. On the yellow field toward the fly a black and white gem diamond. On the white stripe a branch of tobacco with three berries.

According to the government page:
The flag repeats the colors of the Brazilian flag. The crystal or diamond represents the richness of its subsoil. The tobacco leaf, the black gold of a period of local agriculture. The crown symbolizes the Empire of the Divine Holy Spirit.
