About the Flag of Itapioca
The municipal flag was described on line at the official website at http://www.itapipoca.ce.gov.br (site no longer available). It is a ~5:8 vertical triband of yellow, blue and yellow, the middle area slightly smaller on it a white disc surrounded by cotton branches containing a map outline of the municipality filled with a landscape showing a tree and a cracked rock (a canting element) on pinkish sand against dark blue sky.
