About the Flag of Dourados
This flag is a horizontal yellow and blue bicolor with a narrow white horizontal band and a white something-or-other in the hoist. In addition, the date "20 de Dezembro de 1935" (the date of Dourados' municipal incorporation) is inscribed in black letters on the white stripe.

This reminds me of the flag of Dolni Lhota, Opava district, in the Czech Republic, where the thingy is a plough-share.
