Description of the Flag

A white flag with an off-centred dark blue cross, with a narrow orange border and the municipal arms on the cross on a white disk edged orange; in the fly two dark blue stars above the cross and one below it. The vertical arm of the cross narrower than the horizontal arm.

Official website at http://www.itu.sp.gov.br. The flag is shown on the official site athttp://www.itu.sp.gov.br/?area=1&submenu=2. The flag on the official site is slightly different to one above (different shades of blue, pale green edges instead of orange, and yellow stars instead of blue.
