Introduction
Years ago I reported on the coats of arms granted by Queen Elizabeth II for the 17 Islands groups of the Bahamas for the occasion of independence or an anniversary of it. These coats of arms are on 17 flags for 17 island groups and are officially used on various celebrations. All flags are white with the arms centered and the name "Commonwealth of The Bahamas" in various colors on each flag, below the arms. You can see them all (not in full) in the parade and then positioned on the photos here:

Here is also a link to images of all 17 coats of arms (ignore Spanish Wells):https://www.facebook.com/media/set
These flags do not represent the 32 or 33 District Counc, ils of the Country, but the Islands Groups. District Councils emblems usually consists of the proper coat of arms and the name of the district around it in seal-like form. So, two or more districts use the same coat of arms, but with different text around them. I don't know if there are district councils or town committees flags.

Bahamas District Councils
The Bahamas have 32 District Councils as their first level administrative-territorial divisions and local governments. The flags above belong to the Islands Groups that have regional administrative purposes in 1973 when the coats of arms were granted, although more like a statistical units for collecting data. District Councils have their own emblems, and I have found a few of them. You can see them here:https://www.facebook.com/media/set
