The Flag

In� the Codex�of�Legislation of�Republic of Belarus (N 1, 19.02.2004, Section First,�Decrees�and orders of the President of Republic of Belarus)�is published (1/5305 on 12.02.2004) the Decree of the President of Republic of Belarus on February, 9, number 60, about the establishment of official heraldic symbols of administratively territorial units of� Region of Vitebsk.
This decree has established coats of�arms and flags�of�Vitebsk-city, and of settlements�of�Vidzy and Druya in District of Braslav and Kopys in District of Orsha; of coats of arms of Disna-city�in District of Mior, settlements of�Vetrino in District of Polotsk,�Podsvilie in District of�Gluboksky and of Ulla in District of Beshenkovichy.
Here is the flag of the settlement of Vidzy in District of Braslav in Region of Vitebsk.
