The University now has its flag

For some time now the University has its own banner. Ths standard bearing the signature of Sherbrooke University on a green ground will be used during official events. The UdsS was among the last Quebec universities not to have its own banner.

Changes in the colour

The shade of green evolved through the years, from darker to lighter, but some of the darker flags seem not to have been replaced immediately, having been neglected for some time due to their good condition. The shape of logo, though, was always the same.

In 2004, for its 50th anniversary, USherbrooke had its coat of arms granted by the Heraldic Authority of Canada, and launched a contest to augment the said arms with supporters, etc., that were to be sanctioned by the Heraldic Authority later, but as far as I know, nothing ever came out of this.
