Description of the flag

Redcliff, Alberta (population: 5096 ) is one of the sunniest places in Canada. As a result, several greenhouse facilities have been established in the region and are featured prominently on the flag. Red colored cliffs on the municipal flag represent the banks of the South Saskatchewan River.
